We believe in the absolute authority of the word of God and its ability to provide answers for everything in our work and worship. We exalt Jesus Christ and seek to glorify Him, not ourselves (Col 1:18). Therefore, our efforts are directed toward promoting commitment to Christ, not to any man or institution (1 Cor 2:5).

• We sing (Eph 5:19; Col 3:16).
• We pray (1 Tim 2:1).
• We partake of the Lord’s Supper each first day of the week (1 Cor 11:23-29; Acts 20:7).
• We give. The financial support of this congregation comes from the free-will offerings of its members made on the first day of the week (1 Cor 16:1-2; 2 Cor 8:1-5; 2 Cor 9:6-7). We do not solicit gifts from those who are not members of this local church.
• We teach and preach only from God’s word (2 Timothy 3:16,17; Galatians 1:9).

     Contributions are used for the spiritual growth of this church. We do not use money collected here for social programs or the support of any human institution. We believe the church itself can do all the work God has given it to do - teach the Gospel, build up the members, and help needy Christians. 

     We seek to obey God, glorify Christ, and display love toward all - not only in our public assemblies, but in every thought, every word, every action, everyday! (cf. 1 John 1:6; 3:10)
